Bob Cummings heads up Pro-C-Systems Inc. He is an experienced professional presenting a solid career of success in the cleaning industry over the course of 35 years.  Throughout this period of time he was fortunate enough to observe many different cleaning methods and absorb numerous good ideas and tips provided by hard working service workers from coast to coast.  From this experience he was able to develop a progressive program of high performance cleaning practices.  His most valuable attribute is his ability to teach and train others how to achieve implementation of these techniques in a basic, friendly and simplified manner.

Bob clearly understands that all operations are not the same; each possess their own unique personalities, abilities and challenges.  Creating and building a team within an organization to accept and embrace change is a key component of his training curriculum.  His talent includes a distinctive work loading engineering system which he developed to maximize efficiency and improve cleaning quality while reducing labor and supply costs.  Bob’s dynamic and innovative leadership in the  cleaning industry ranges from the product supply side to work-loading high performance cleaning systems in over 100 million square feet of commercial office buildings, educational facilities, health care, military  base, aircraft and airport cleaning services.
